Deleted cards cannot be recovered.

If it is a prepay card, the balance will be transferred to the Quantum Account.

If it is a refund after deletion, the funds will be transferred to the Quantum Account on a T+1 basis.

If it is a credit limit card, the refund after card deletion will still be credited back to the group.
