This API defines how Card BIN Spend Controls are applied. If no Card BIN IDs are specified in the configuration, the configured controls will be applied to the specified card by default. If Card BIN IDs are specified, the control rule will be applied to both the specified card and the corresponding Card BIN IDs. For more details, refer to: Card BIN Spend Controls. The API name must remain unchanged and should not be translated.
